Investors can view their accounts online via a secure web portal. After registering, you can access your account balances, periodical statements, tax statements, transaction histories and distribution statements / details.
Advisers will also have access to view their clients’ accounts online via the secure web portal.
Pursuant to section 110K of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), we are required to inform investors in our funds of their right to receive certain documents in electronic or physical form.
Accordingly, where you have provided us with your email address, Pendal will send the following documents to you electronically unless you have elected to receive these documents by mail:
Fund Annual Reports are available on our website unless you have elected to receive these electronically or by mail.
The Fund Annual Reports can be downloaded from pendalgroup.com/products by selecting the relevant Pendal fund profile page.
You have the right to make an election
You have the right to elect whether to receive some or all of the Meeting-related Documents or Fund Annual Reports, in electronic or physical form.
You have the right to elect not to receive Fund Annual Reports at all.
You also have the right to make ad-hoc requests to receive a particular Meeting-related Document or Fund Annual Report, in electronic or physical form.
How to make an election
If you are happy with the way we send you Meeting-related Documents and Fund Annual Reports, there is no need for you to do anything further.
However, if you would like to change the way we send you these documents or change an existing election request, please contact our dedicated Client Services Team at serviceteam@Pendalgroup.com during business hours (Sydney time).
